About the Tycoon Slider Luxury Series
The Tycoon Slider Luxury Series is a Legend on-road caravan with a slide out room, from 21 feet 6 inches to 27 feet. It runs a 300 amp hour lithium battery, 800 watts of solar and a 3,000 watt inverter. It has a diesel heater, a washing machine and a 100% leather club lounge with headrests.

- Hitch: a Cruisemaster DO45 hitch rated to 4,500kg.
- Body: aluminium composite walls, a one piece honeycomb floor and a one piece insulated fibreglass roof.
- Frame: roof and wall frames lock bolted to the chassis.
Power and water
- Battery: a 300 amp hour lithium battery.
- Inverter: a 3,000 watt inverter.
- Solar: 800 watts, through twin MPPT solar regulators.
- Water: two 95 litre fresh tanks and a 110 litre grey tank.
- Hot water: a gas and electric hot water system.
- Plumbing: brass fittings on the hot and cold water lines and the tanks.
What will tow it?
Legend lists a 3,500kg ATM (aggregate trailer mass) on the first 21 foot 6 inch floorplan and 4,500kg on the rest. Your vehicle's braked towing capacity needs to cover the ATM of the floorplan you choose. Ask Legend for the tare and ball weight of the floorplan you choose, and check the ball weight against your towball limit.
How to buy
Legend's showroom is at 2 Florey Court, Somerton, in Melbourne. It also lists dealers in Victoria, Western Australia, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Legend says "All Legend Caravans are made and manufactured in Australia with the latest technology and machinery that help us produce a great product."

Legend says every range uses an aluminium frame assembled with a self-piercing rivet system rather than welding, with a one-piece fibreglass roof and a honeycomb floor.
