Important: We are a lead generation and matching service. We do NOT sell caravans, provide financial advice, or guarantee any outcomes from manufacturer communications.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in the quiz and quote requests
• Update your information if it changes
• Use the Service only for legitimate caravan purchasing inquiries

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Spam manufacturers with repeated or abusive quote requests

5. Manufacturer Relationships

Caravan manufacturers featured on our platform are independent businesses. We do not:

• Control manufacturer pricing, availability, or business practices
• Guarantee manufacturer response times or quality of service
• Endorse or warrant any manufacturer's products or services

5.2 Your Relationship with Manufacturers

When you request a quote, you enter into a direct relationship with the manufacturer. Any agreements, purchases, warranties, or disputes are solely between you and the manufacturer.

6. Pricing and Finance Estimates

Finance calculations and weekly payment estimates displayed on our site are indicative only and based on standard assumptions. Actual financing terms depend on:

• Your credit approval and financial situation
• Lender terms and current interest rates
• Deposit amount and loan term

We do NOT provide financial advice. Consult with a licensed financial advisor before making financing decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability
