About the Legend Hybrid (Trackline 48V Standard)
The Legend Hybrid, Trackline 48V Standard, is a single axle off-road hybrid caravan in seven floorplans of 15 and 16 feet. It runs a 48 volt 2kWh battery, 600 watts of solar and a 2,600 watt inverter, all managed by an EcoFlow system. It rides on Cruisemaster XT suspension with twin shocks and a DO35 hitch, at a 2,800kg ATM.
Which floorplans are there?
- 15 feet: two floorplans.
- 16 feet: five floorplans, including an east-west bed layout and a single beds layout.
- Lounge: a luxury bench lounge with headrests.

- Bed: a lift up bed frame with an innerspring pillow top mattress.
- Bathroom: a ceramic bowl cassette toilet and towel rails, plus an external hot and cold shower.
- Climate: reverse cycle air conditioning.
- Headroom: a 1.96m ceiling, with microfibre leather upholstery.

- Cooking: an induction cooktop and a microwave.
- Fridge: a 188 litre two door compressor fridge.

- Suspension: Cruisemaster XT with twin shocks, on a single axle.

- Hitch: a Cruisemaster DO35 hitch rated to 2,800kg.
- Wheels: 16 inch wheels on 265/75/16 all terrain tyres, with a spare on the rear bar.
- Frame: aluminium joined with Hanrob self piercing rivets, lock bolted to the chassis.
- Body: aluminium composite walls, a one piece honeycomb floor and a one piece insulated fibreglass roof.
Power and water
- Battery: a 48 volt 2kWh battery with an EcoFlow battery management system.
- Inverter: 2,600 watts.
- Charging: a 1,600 watt DC-DC charger and a portable solar plug.
- Solar: 600 watts, from 200 watt panels.
- Water: two 95 litre fresh tanks and a 110 litre grey tank.
- Hot water: an electric hot water system.
What will tow it?
Legend lists a 2,800kg ATM (aggregate trailer mass) on every floorplan. Your vehicle needs a braked towing capacity of at least 2,800kg. Ask Legend for the tare and ball weight of the floorplan you choose, and check the ball weight against your towball limit.
How to buy
Legend's showroom is at 2 Florey Court, Somerton, in Melbourne. It also lists dealers in Victoria, Western Australia, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Legend says "All Legend Caravans are made and manufactured in Australia with the latest technology and machinery that help us produce a great product."

Legend says every range uses an aluminium frame assembled with a self-piercing rivet system rather than welding, with a one-piece fibreglass roof and a honeycomb floor.
