To send you what you ask for, answer your messages, pass your details to Jade Finance when you ask us to, and improve the site.

• Jade Finance, only when you tick the box on a form asking us to pass on your details.
• Service providers that host our website, database and email.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with.

Some guide pages show YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play, after which YouTube's privacy policy applies.

Overseas

Some of our service providers are in the USA, Japan and France, so your details may be held or sent there.

Complaints
