The SUV Caravans Mantaray Bay is a 6.75 metre pop-top caravan that sleeps two or three. The third person sleeps on the cafe lounge, which converts to an extra bed, and the main bed is a king. SUV Caravans lists it for couples and families.
Who does it sleep?

Bathroom and kitchens
The internal ensuite has a separate toilet and shower cubicle. Inside, a kitchenette has an induction cooktop, a rangehood, a sink and a 50 litre mini fridge. The outdoor kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, with pantry drawers and a stainless steel fold-down bench.
Roof and setting up
The roof lifts electrically, and the step folds down electrically too. With the roof closed the van is 2.73 metres high, and 3.25 metres open. The full-length awning rolls out electrically.
Chassis and running gear
- Chassis: fully galvanised, with an Australian engineer approved chassis, drawbar and suspension.
- Suspension: Series 4 recovery suspension with galvanised swing arms, twin shocks and heavy-duty springs.
- Brakes: 12 inch electric brakes and a breakaway system.
- Wheels: 16 inch rims with 265/75R16 all-terrain tyres, and a spare underneath.
- Hitch: an Alko hitch for a 50mm ball.

Warranty and where to buy
