About the Crew X 21'6
The Crew X 21'6 is a tandem-axle luxury family van in the middle of the Crew X line-up. It takes the practical Crew layout and adds the X tier's off-grid equipment.
Tare is 2,720kg against a 4,495kg ATM (aggregate trailer mass). That is a 1,775kg payload, a wide margin for a family carrying water and gear off-grid.
Bunk beds sit alongside a queen bed on a lift-up storage base, standard on the X tier. A 274 litre compressor fridge and a gas/electric hob and grill fit the kitchen. A gas/electric hot water system and a 12V rangehood finish the cooking end.
Two 300Ah lithium batteries and four 220W solar panels power the van as standard. A 3000W Victron inverter and two Smart Solar MPPT controllers manage charging. A 50A DC-DC charger and a Smart Shunt round out the electrics.
Two 90 litre fresh tanks and a 90 litre grey tank cover water storage, run by a water pump. A Dometic Fresh Jet air conditioner, a diesel heater and an external hot/cold shower all come standard.
Shine Xt Stage 4 Air suspension and a larger tapered toolbox are the X tier's chassis upgrades. 16 inch alloys and all-terrain tyres round out the running gear, on an 8 inch jockey wheel.
Cladding with a rear wing sets this tier apart on the outside. An AL-KO ESC system, a Safety Dave reverse camera and an internal TV point cover the rest.
Delivery comes from the Penrith factory, Australia-wide, on a 12 to 16 week build slot. Oz Off Road backs the structure with a 24-month warranty and the chassis with a 5-year warranty.
