About the Crew X 22'6
The Crew X 22'6 is the flagship of Oz Off Road's family line and its most expensive van. It is the largest van Oz Off Road builds for a family.
Tare is 2,980kg on a tandem axle, against the same 4,495kg ATM (aggregate trailer mass) figure as the 21'6. Subtracting tare leaves a 1,515kg payload.
The X interior pairs bunk beds with a queen bed on a lift-up storage base. A 274 litre compressor fridge, a microwave and a gas/electric hob and grill fill the kitchen. A gas/electric hot water system and a 12V rangehood finish the cooking end.
Two 300Ah lithium batteries and four 220W solar panels are standard on this tier. A 3000W Victron inverter and a 7 inch screen run the system. A 50A DC-DC charger and two Smart Solar MPPT controllers keep it charged.
Water is two 90 litre fresh tanks feeding a 90 litre grey tank, via a water pump. A Dometic Fresh Jet air conditioner, a diesel heater and an external hot/cold shower all come fitted.
The chassis carries Shine Xt Stage 4 Air suspension and a larger tapered toolbox. 16 inch alloys, all-terrain tyres and rear-wing cladding finish the exterior, on an 8 inch jockey wheel.
An AL-KO ESC system, a Safety Dave reverse camera and a Carafan dust reduction system are all standard. An upgraded rear bar and an internal TV point complete the fit-out.
Oz Off Road sells factory-direct from Penrith, NSW, with delivery Australia-wide taking 12 to 16 weeks. The structure carries a 24-month warranty, and the chassis carries a 5-year warranty, both from purchase.
