Ceduna 13R Twin MK4

The Ceduna 13R Twin MK4 is the smallest hard-top hybrid Ezytrail builds, on a 13 foot body. It suits a couple who want off-road reach and a full ensuite without towing a long van.

It has a 2,125kg tare and a 3,000kg ATM (aggregate trailer mass). That leaves 875kg for water, gas and gear, the biggest payload in the Ceduna MK4 line. Ball weight is 194kg, and you need a car rated to tow 3,000kg braked.

The convertible club lounge makes up as a king bed of 2,000mm by 2,150mm. You can order it as twin singles of 2,000mm by 700mm instead. A self-contained ensuite holds the shower and the cassette toilet. The kitchen has a dual induction cooktop, a rangehood, an overhead microwave and a Dometic 153L fridge-freezer. A slide-out kitchen with a sink and a three-burner cooktop pulls out from the side.

Power runs at 24 volts. Ezytrail fits a 680W solar array, two 24V 235Ah lithium batteries and a Victron Multiplus-2 3,000VA inverter. The maker rates that bank at 12kWh, or 940Ah at 12 volts. A Victron SmartSolar 100/50 controller and a Cerbo GX interface manage it, read from a 7 inch touchscreen.

Water is two 120L fresh tanks and an 80L grey tank, so you carry 240 litres of drinking water. Gas heats the water on demand, and a hot and cold shower runs outside. A MyCoolman CCA3000 air conditioner and a 2kW diesel heater cover both ends of the year.

The chassis is one-piece hot-dip galvanised steel with an extended gooseneck drawbar. Ezytrail certifies it F5 and warrants it for life. It rides on Ezyrider V3 coil independent suspension with locking adjusters, an anti-roll bar and four Pedders Big Bore shocks. Bigfoot V3 12 inch brakes, 16 inch alloys on mud-terrain tyres and a 3,500kg off-road hitch complete the running gear. The van measures 6.39m long, 2.4m wide and 3.1m tall on the road.

Standard kit covers the Ezy-Lite annex room, an anti-flap kit, a PVC annex floor and a 12V electric cassette awning. A rear utility box carries the spare wheel, lockable storage and two recovery tracks. The body carries a 12 month structural warranty for the first owner.

You collect the van from one of Ezytrail's eleven showrooms, and a flat $1,000 freight fee covers transport there. Ezytrail does not deliver to a home address, and the from-price excludes dealer delivery and on-road costs.
