About the Outrider-15
The Outrider-15 is Stoney Creek's full-height off-road caravan, standing headroom throughout for two adults. It suits a couple who want to walk upright inside rather than duck under a pop-top roof.
Tare is 2,185kg against a 3,000kg ATM, an 815kg payload margin. Ball weight sits at about 200kg at tare. That margin covers a loaded fridge, full water tanks and touring gear for two.
A king bed sits at one end, with dinette seating and an interior ensuite at the other. The exterior slide-out kitchen runs a 4-burner cooktop over a stainless sink with a drying rack. An 85 litre external fridge and a 49 litre internal fridge back up the 2-burner interior stove. A separate shower and cassette toilet make up the ensuite.
A 460Ah Haidi lithium battery bank runs off 600W of roof solar. A 3000W Renogy pure sine wave inverter powers appliances off grid.
Two 120 litre fresh tanks hold 240 litres between them. An 80 litre grey tank catches the run-off. Air conditioning keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.
A 6 inch by 2 inch hot-dip galvanised frame rides on independent trailing arm suspension with dual shocks. Mud terrain tyres on alloy rims sit behind a Cruisemaster DO35 coupling. Electric brakes with a breakaway system match the 3,000kg ATM.
Composite walls and roof, an electric awning and a power step come standard. A 22 inch smart TV and touchscreen stereo cover entertainment; a stone guard and jockey wheel protect the front end.
The company sells and services it from its own branches, not third-party dealers. Stoney Creek covers materials and workmanship for 12 months, and the chassis for 5 years.
