About the Crew Sport 22'6
The Crew Sport 22'6 is the biggest of Oz Off Road's mid-tier family vans. The Sport tier's equipment rides on the largest floorplan the Crew range builds.
Tare is 2,980kg against a 4,495kg ATM (aggregate trailer mass). Subtracting tare leaves a 1,515kg payload.
A 274 litre compressor fridge and a gas/electric hob and grill fill the kitchen. The caravan queen bed rides on the same lift-up base fitted across the Sport range. A gas/electric hot water system and a 12V rangehood cover the rest of the cooking.
Oz Off Road fits a 300Ah lithium battery and three 220W solar panels as standard. A top or front load washing machine is also part of the standard fit-out. A Multiplus-II inverter charger and a 30A DC-DC charger manage the power.
Water storage is two 90 litre fresh tanks and one 90 litre grey tank, run by a Seaflo pump. A Dometic Fresh Jet air conditioner, a diesel heater and an external hot/cold shower all come standard.
The chassis rides on Shine Xt suspension with a DO35 hitch and an 8 inch jockey wheel. 16 inch alloys on all-terrain tyres finish the underside, with stabiliser legs and brush bars.
An aluminium frame body with a 1-piece fibreglass roof carries an Aussie Traveller awning. Front and rear LED light bars are standard on this size too. An AL-KO ESC system and a Safety Dave reverse camera round out the safety fit-out.
Oz Off Road runs its own factory in Penrith, NSW, and quotes 12 to 16 weeks to deliver anywhere in the country. The structure carries a 24-month warranty, and the chassis carries a 5-year warranty, both from purchase.
