About the Frost 18
The Frost 18 is the largest hybrid in Arctic's Frost series, a couples tourer with 900Ah of lithium and 800W of roof solar.
Arctic publishes a 2,776kg tare with the internal induction cooker, microwave and both fridges fitted.
It sleeps two.
The Core build runs three 300Ah lithium batteries, 900Ah in all, through a Renogy REGO 3kW inverter charger and a Renogy One Core display. Eight Renogy roof panels give 800W of solar. The Extreme build swaps in a 10kW 48V lithium system, a 3600W 48V inverter and Ecoflow management, on the same chassis, cabin and fit-out. A Truma Ultrarapid 14 litre gas and electric hot water system and a Webasto roof air conditioner are standard.
Pedders Big Bore 4x4 shocks and a Cruisemaster DO35 off-road coupling carry it. Options include dual-axle self-levelling airbag suspension, a 540 awning, a composting toilet, an electric opening roof, dust reduction and electric brakes.
Arctic sells it through its own showrooms at Pakenham, Caboolture, Smeaton Grange and Wingfield, plus Get Hitched Tasmania. Its online configurator prices each build before an enquiry.
