About the Scout-15C
The Scout-15C is Stoney Creek's second twin-bunk layout on the largest hybrid body. Permanent full-size bunks face a large lounge and dinette, rather than a bunk that folds into the dinette.
Tare is 2,305kg against a 3,000kg ATM, a 695kg payload margin, matching Scout-15 and Scout-15B. Ball weight sits at about 165kg at tare. The fixed bunks free up the dinette for daytime use without any folding down.
Permanent full-size twin bunks sit opposite a king-size memory foam bed. A 2-burner induction cooktop sits over a sink with a hot and cold tap. A 49 litre internal fridge and an 85 litre external dual-zone fridge cover the cooling. A combined shower and cassette toilet share one wet bay, rather than two separate compartments.
A 460Ah Haidi lithium battery bank runs off 600W of roof solar. A 3000W Renogy inverter powers appliances off grid.
Two 120 litre tanks hold 240 litres of fresh water, backed by a 75 litre grey tank. Truma gas and 240V power together supply the hot water.
The electric roof and slide-out external kitchen match the rest of the Scout-15 family. Scout-15C shares its chassis, suspension, tyres and coupling with Scout-15 and Scout-15B.
A 24 inch smart TV with touchscreen entertainment comes standard. Truma reverse-cycle air conditioning and a marine-style control panel round out the fit-out.
The Scout-15C lists level with its Scout-15 siblings. The maker sells it direct from six branches rather than through independent dealers. The chassis carries 5 years of warranty, and materials and workmanship carry 12 months.
