About the Crew Core 21'6
The Crew Core 21'6 is the dual-axle mid-size of Oz Off Road's entry family tier. The extra length over the 18-footer buys more room for a growing family.
Tare is 2,720kg against a 4,495kg ATM (aggregate trailer mass). Subtracting tare leaves a 1,775kg payload.
The bed base is the same extendable gas strut lift-up design fitted across the Crew range. A stainless steel sink and gas/electric stove fit the kitchen. Piano-hinged cabinetry and a modern splashback round out the fit-out.
The Core tier ships without a solar array or lithium battery. Power runs off 240V, 12V and USB points until buyers add a lithium system. A washing machine and a reverse camera are also optional, not standard on Core.
Two 95 litre fresh tanks and a 95 litre grey tank cover water storage, tracked by water level gauges. Air conditioning is reverse-cycle as standard, with a diesel heater available as an option.
Aluminium composite walls sit on a timber frame, with a 600mm black alloy checker plate along the sides. The chassis runs on-road suspension as standard, with an off-road independent upgrade on the options list. 16 inch alloys, all-terrain tyres and a DO35 hitch carry the extra length.
A 270 litre fridge, an Omni TV antenna and LED lighting throughout are all standard. An external BBQ point, a skylight roof hatch and a single-door toolbox sit at the front. Fire extinguisher, smoke and CO2 alarms and a breakaway system cover the safety basics.
Oz Off Road builds this van to order at the Penrith factory and delivers it Australia-wide in 12 to 16 weeks. The structure carries a 24-month warranty, and the chassis carries a 5-year warranty, both from purchase.
