T-Rex T13 Double Bunks

The Long Haul Campers T-Rex T13 Double Bunks is a family off-road pop-top caravan, 5.9 metres long, with a king bed and two bunks. It has a shower and toilet inside, an internal fridge and a slide-out outdoor kitchen. Long Haul Campers built it for families who want bunks and off-grid ability in an easy-to-tow size.

The stainless steel kitchen slides out, with an AGA-approved four-burner gas stove, a sink and a wind deflector. It has a pull-out fridge tray, and an electric awning. A full annexe with walls and poles is optional. An ensuite tent with a shower sets up outside.

Chassis and off-road gear

• Chassis: hot-dip galvanised, with a 150 x 50 x 4mm drawbar.
• Suspension: heavy-duty independent coil springs, with four shock absorbers.
• Coupling: a 3.5 tonne AL-KO heavy-duty off-road coupling.
• Brakes: 12 inch electric drums.
• Wheels: 16 inch black alloys with mud terrain tyres, plus one 16 inch spare.
• Protection: rock rails, a checker plate stone guard and underbody deadener.
• Body: aluminium composite walls and a fibreglass roof.
• Carriers: holders for two gas bottles and two jerry cans.
• Warranty: 5 years structural on the chassis and drawbar, and 12 months on other parts.
