About the Discovery 13GTX Low
The Discovery 13GTX Low is a compact single-axle hybrid with an electric pop-top, a 600Ah lithium system and 900W of roof solar. Goldfields built it low for easier storage and towing without giving up power or outdoor living.
Tare is 2,100kg against a 2,990kg ATM (aggregate trailer mass), for a payload Goldfields puts at about 890kg, with a 140kg ball weight. It is 6.05m long, 2.3m wide and 2.17m high at highway tyre pressure, dropping to about 2.1m at 10 PSI for storage.
The permanent bed measures 1980mm by 1700mm, with bedside storage and charging points. An internal kitchenette has an induction cooktop, a sink with a flush cover and a large prep bench for cooking in bad weather. Outside, a stainless steel slide-out kitchen carries a four-burner gas stove, a sink and prep space, beside a large illuminated pantry. A Thetford cassette toilet sits inside and a hot and cold shower hose and head outside. Rolled aluminium cabinetry, a mounted television, opening windows with flyscreens and blinds and a full-size annex are fitted.
Two 300Ah Renogy Mini batteries make up the 600Ah system, run through a Renogy REGO 3000W inverter charger and a 60A DC-DC charger. Renogy ONE Core monitoring, a battery shunt, wireless phone charging and 240V, 12V, USB and USB-C outlets are fitted. A 100 litre Companion fridge-freezer and a Truma gas and electric hot water service are standard. So are a Truma Saphir air conditioner and an AU Focus diesel heater. Two 9kg gas bottle holders are fitted.
The body is aluminium-framed with protective lower cladding and side protection bars. Independent off-road suspension, 12 inch electric brakes, a Cruisemaster DO35 V3 coupling and an Ark XO 750 jockey wheel carry it. A full-size spare wheel and 4x4 recovery boards are included.
Goldfields sells it direct from its Maryborough showroom in Victoria and confirms current pricing and inclusions on a dated written quote.

Delivery and freight
If there's no dealer in your state, most brands deliver Australia-wide. You can also collect from the factory. Interstate freight is a real cost, often a few thousand dollars, and it climbs with distance, so factor it in before you commit.
