About the Mystic 12
The Mystic 12 is a 12ft caravan with a shower and toilet, sized for a couple who want comfort in a compact space.
Tare is 1,270kg against a 1,570kg ATM (aggregate trailer mass), a 300kg payload, with a 70kg ball weight. An ALKO 1.5 tonne torsion axle, 205 R14 light truck tyres and 10 inch electric brakes sit under a 4 inch chassis and drawbar. The trailer plug is a 7-pin flat with an Anderson connector.
The bed is a fixed double. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, a 102 litre compressor fridge and a 20 litre microwave on a postform bench, beside a dinette. The ensuite combines a shower with a Dometic swivel cassette toilet and a vanity sink, vented by a 12V fan. A 24 inch smart TV with antenna and a rooftop reverse-cycle air conditioner are standard, under a roof hatch with a light.
A 100Ah AGM battery runs through a Projecta PM200 management system, charged from a 100W roof solar panel. Fresh and grey water tanks hold 70 litres each, with a Truma Ultrarapid gas and electric hot water system. Two gas bottle holders and a toolbox are fitted. Options include a 200Ah lithium battery, a Renogy 40A DC-DC charger, an extra 100W solar panel, a 2000W inverter and a diesel heater.
Fantasy backs it with a five-year structural warranty and one year on the rest. It sells through Fantasy showrooms in Pakenham, Heatherbrae and Coopers Plains.
