About the Nano 12
The Nano 12 is a 12ft caravan with a fixed queen bed and an ensuite, giving a couple more room than the Nano 10.
Tare is 1,410kg against a 1,750kg ATM (aggregate trailer mass), a 340kg payload, with a 150kg ball weight. An ALKO 1.6 tonne torsion axle and 10 inch electric brakes sit under a 4 inch drawbar. An electric single step and four stabiliser legs are fitted. The trailer plug is a 7-pin flat with an Anderson connector.
The queen mattress measures 1400mm by 1930mm. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, a sink with a glass lid, a 102 litre compressor fridge and a 20 litre microwave. The ensuite combines a shower with a Sanjo W5000 toilet and a vanity sink. A 24 inch smart TV with antenna, a myCOOLMAN 3kW rooftop reverse-cycle air conditioner and a 3.2m manual cassette awning are standard. A roller blind covers the main door, and XPS foam insulates the walls.
A 200Ah lithium battery runs through a Projecta PM200 management system, charged by a 200W roof panel and a Renogy 40A DC-DC charger. Fresh and grey water tanks hold 70 litres each, with a Truma 14 litre gas and electric hot water system. One 4.5kg gas bottle holder is fitted. Options are an extra 200W solar panel, a second 200Ah lithium battery and a diesel heater.
Fantasy backs it with a five-year structural warranty and one year on the rest. It sells through Fantasy showrooms in Pakenham, Heatherbrae and Coopers Plains.
