The Freelander is Lotus Caravans' lightweight off-road range for couples and families. Ten floorplans run from 18ft 9in to 24ft and sleep up to six. It is the entry point to the Lotus line-up, built to the same standard as the rest. Layouts include double or triple bunks, side or club lounges and a work-from-the-road annex option. Standard fit-out runs to a 216L 12V compressor fridge, a portable induction cooktop and a four-in-one convection oven. A wall-mounted washing machine, reverse-cycle air conditioning, a one-piece fibreglass shower and a 12V Google smart TV are also standard. The body is marine-grade composite panel on a full aluminium frame and Lotus's painted Gen 2 chassis. Honeycomb flooring, Sancell insulation, checkerplate body armour and full underbody protection finish it. It rides on Cruisemaster Air Advantage XT L3 manual suspension with 17-inch wheels, 265/70R17 mud-terrain tyres and 12-inch off-road brakes. Double-glazed tinted windows and a Dometic dust reduction system are standard. Power is a 600Ah REDARC lithium pack fed by 1,050W of solar and a 3,000W inverter. A 240A charger with battery management, a 45A solar charger and a 45A DC-DC charger complete it. Water is two 95L fresh tanks and a grey tank, with gauges, an external shower and a tap on the A-frame. The coupling is a DO45 or DO35 depending on the build's weight, and Lotus quotes weights per build on enquiry. The Off Grid is the lightest van in Lotus Caravans' off-road range, built in seven floor plans from 17ft 9in to 21ft. Layouts run from couples plans to bunk plans that sleep up to seven. Bunks come as doubles or triples, with side or club lounges and a choice of kitchen layouts. Interiors have fibreglass walls and ceiling, honeycomb flooring, leather lounges and rainfall benchtops. A one-piece fibreglass shower, reverse-cycle air conditioning and a 216L 12V compressor fridge are standard. The body is Lotus's AL+ aluminium frame with marine-grade composite panels on an S&M Gen 2 chassis with a gooseneck A-frame. It rides on Cruisemaster XT airbag suspension with 12-inch off-road brakes and 34-inch Cooper Discoverer Rugged Trek tyres on 17-inch Dirty Life wheels. Power is a 400Ah REDARC lithium pack with a 3,000W inverter, a 50A charger and a RedVision display. Water is two 95L fresh tanks with an on-demand hot water service. Lotus builds each van to order through its dealers or the Build Your Van tool, with a five-year factory warranty.

The Trooper is the heart of Lotus Caravans' off-road range, built in twenty floorplans from 18ft 9in to 24ft 6in for singles, couples and families. Bedrooms come north-south or east-west, with double, triple or quad bunks in the family plans. Inside are rainfall benchtops, fibreglass walls and ceiling, honeycomb flooring and leather lounges. The kitchen has a full convection oven, a flexi-induction cooktop and a 216L 12V ventless compressor fridge. The body sits on a full aluminium frame using Lotus's AL+ system, with fibreglass walls, Hume doors and a gooseneck A-frame. The truss chassis with drop gooseneck was designed with S&M Chassis to cut weight and hitching height. It rides on Cruisemaster XT air suspension with the Body Control System and custom 17-inch Dirty Life wheels. Cooper Discoverer Rugged Trek 34-inch tyres and 12-inch off-road brakes finish it. The Lotus Trooper TRX is a premium off-road caravan for long-distance and off-grid travel, built in 20 floor plans from 18ft 9in to 24ft 6in. The layouts sleep up to seven, with separate bedroom and bunk areas either side of the kitchen, so they suit couples and families. Interiors have fibreglass walls and ceiling, honeycomb flooring, rainfall benchtops, leather lounges and Lotus's interlocking cabinetry. The kitchen has a 216L 12V ventless compressor fridge, a portable induction cooktop and a four-in-one convection under-bench oven. A slimline rangehood and a large sink with a filtered mixer tap complete it. The ensuite has a one-piece fibreglass shower cubicle, a ceramic-bowl toilet and a ceramic basin, with a Euro-style front or top-loading washing machine. Reverse-cycle air conditioning, a dust reduction system, 12V Sirocco fans, a 12V Google smart TV and a Fusion Apollo 770 sound system are standard. Flooring, benchtop, hardware and splashback finishes are chosen from a new colour collection. The frame is Lotus's AL+ all-aluminium construction with German marine-grade composite panels, in smooth or checkerplate finish and a range of colours. The body sits on the Lotus X-Guard hybrid truss chassis with a drop gooseneck, complete underbody armour and a DO45 coupling. It rides on Cruisemaster ATX air suspension with BCS levelling, 12-inch off-road brakes and 34-inch Cooper Discoverer Rugged Trek tyres on 17-inch Dirty Life wheels. A reinforced galvanised four-arm bumper with a wood cage, recovery points with shackles, a break-away strap and an aluminium entry step are fitted. Windows are double-glazed and tinted, sitting flush with the body, and the entry door is triple-lock with aluminium security mesh. Power is a 600Ah REDARC lithium pack with two 3,000W REDARC inverters, up to 1,250W of solar, a 100A charger and a RedVision display. Water is two 95L tanks and a 50L filtered tank, 240L in all, on two 12V pumps, one for filtered water. Hot water is on demand, with an external shower, a tap on the A-frame, REDARC water gauges and two 4.5kg gas bottles. The van is Starlink-ready with mounts, and has 12V points above the wheels for an air compressor. Every Trooper TRX is custom-built to order. It is the range Lotus builds for buyers who want nothing left off the list. Layouts run to club lounges, dinettes or straight lounges with separate sleeping zones and oversized ensuites. The kitchen is large-scale with a 216L 12V ventless compressor fridge, and a wall-mounted washing machine is standard with a dishwasher on selected layouts. Walls and ceiling are fibreglass with Sancell insulation, over honeycomb flooring and leather lounges. The galvanised X-Guard hybrid truss chassis carries Cruisemaster ATX air suspension with the Body Control System for automated ride control. It rolls on 17-inch Dirty Life wheels with 34-inch Cooper Discoverer Rugged Trek tyres and 12-inch off-road brakes, behind a DO45 coupling. BOS stabiliser legs and a BOS jockey wheel hold it steady when parked. Three 300Ah REDARC lithium batteries give 900Ah of storage, fed by 1,450W of solar and run through twin 3,000W inverters. Lotus says diesel heating, air conditioning and every major appliance run off grid. Water is up to three 95L fresh tanks, a 50L drinking tank and a 50L grey tank, with dual gas bottles.
