The SCF13 Pardoo Singles is a 13ft off-road caravan built for two adults who prefer separate beds. It suits travelling companions rather than a couple sharing one mattress.

Two single beds, each 850mm wide and 1,960mm long, sleep two adults. A four-burner cooktop runs the external slide-out kitchen, backed by a two-burner induction cooktop inside. A Thetford 174 litre fridge and freezer comes standard. An internal combo shower and Thetford cassette toilet sit together, alongside an external hot and cold shower with a removable ensuite tent.
A 300Ah Renogy lithium battery, upgradeable to 600Ah, runs off 600W of roof solar. A 3000W Renogy inverter handles power conversion, with a Renogy Rego DC-DC charger included.
Two 120 litre tanks hold 240 litres of fresh water between them. Grey water drains to an 80 litre tank.
A single axle rides on heavy duty independent trailing arm suspension, behind an Ark XO Extreme off-road hitch. Electric drum brakes, 12 inches across, work with a handbrake and Kenda Klever 265/75R16 tyres on alloy rims.
A 3.8m by 2.5m electric awning, a 24 inch smart TV, a Dometic reverse-cycle air conditioner and a rear-view camera come standard. Double-glazed windows, LED lighting throughout, a 20 litre microwave and a security screen on the entry door round out the fit-out.
Southern Cross sells it from one address, its own Cockburn Central site in Perth, rather than through a dealer. Southern Cross backs it with a 12 month parts and labour warranty and 5 years on the structure.
