About the 620-3 GT
The Golf 620-3 GT is a Grand Tourer caravan that sleeps two to four, with an 8.57 metre travel length and a 6.2 metre body. It has a rear bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a slide-out dinette. Two 200 amp hour lithium batteries, 540 watts of solar and a 3,000 watt inverter are standard.
Inside
- Fridge: a 185 litre compressor fridge.
- Climate: an inverter air conditioner, an Ecotherm heater and 12 volt fans at every bed.
- Laundry: a front load washing machine.
- Finish: leatherette trim, a splashback, the style pack interior and the ambiance lighting pack.
- Entertainment: a 24 inch TV on a bracket, an entertainment hatch and RV wifi.
- Sound: a stereo with speakers inside and out.
Outside
- Kitchen: a slide-out kitchen with its own fridge, a patio light over it and a picnic table.
- Storage: a GT style toolbox with lift-up lids, a pole carrier and a bike rack with three arms.
- Water and gas: an external shower, a grey water tank and two gas bayonets.
- Safety: a reverse camera and ESC (electronic stability control).
Off-grid power
- Batteries: two 200 amp hour lithium batteries, 400 amp hours in all, with a PM300 BT battery management system.
- Solar: three 180 watt panels, 540 watts in all, and an extra Anderson plug for more solar.
- Charging: two 25 amp DC to DC chargers, 50 amps in all.
- Inverter: 3,000 watts, with a shunt.

Ask a Golf dealer for the ATM (aggregate trailer mass) of your build, and check it against your vehicle's braked towing capacity. Golf says its weights and dimensions are a guide only, and change with the accessories fitted.
