About the Lachlan MkII
The Lachlan MkII is a forward fold camper trailer with a family slide, 5.7m long and 1.63m tall folded for towing. The main bed is a queen pocket spring with a memory foam topper, and the slide bed takes high density foam. The U shaped dinette converts to a double.
It carries a 1,720kg tare against a 2,400kg ATM (Aggregate Trailer Mass), leaving 680kg of payload, on a 125kg ball weight measured dry.
400W of solar feeds a 600Ah lithium bank through a 2000W Redarc pure sine wave inverter. Water is 170L across two tanks, and it carries two gas bottle holders. Bluewater backs the chassis and drawbar with a lifetime warranty.
