About the 1760 Series
The 1760 Series is Goldstream RV's single-axle pop-top caravan range, built in seven floorplans with queen or single bed options. The shared body is 7.2m long for travel on a 5.35m body, 2.28m wide before the awning and about 2.65m high.
Every layout carries a 171L two-door fridge, a four-burner cooktop with grill, a microwave, a rangehood, an inner-spring mattress and LED lighting. Layouts run from café and L-shape dinettes to rear-door, single-bed and rear-bunk plans.
The body is composite aluminium panel over a Meranti frame with an aluminium roof and a checker-plate front. Double-glazed windows with block-out blinds, a triple-lock door and Skippy Lift roof struts are standard. It rolls on 15-inch wheels with a spare on the bumper bar, and a battery pack with charger is standard.
Goldstream offers three packs. The Adventure Package adds AL-KO coil independent suspension, a heavier 150mm by 50mm chassis and wheel and tyre upgrades. It also fits a 220W solar panel and a Projecta PM335 battery management system. The Panther Package adds a 200Ah lithium battery, two 220W panels and a 24-inch smart TV on a swing arm. The CPX Package swaps the body for composite walls, floor and a one-piece composite roof.
Across the range, tare starts at about 2,100kg, ball weight at about 190kg and ATM (Aggregate Trailer Mass) at 2,530kg. Goldstream says heights and weights vary with the suspension and packs chosen, so treat them as a guide.
