S3

HS2

S4
The Titanium S4 is a premium off-road caravan for touring and off-grid travel, built tandem-axle in floor plans from 18ft to 23ft 6in. The plans run from couples vans with a front door or a rear-door club lounge to family vans. The family plans include a queen island bunk van and a king quad. Beds are pillowtop, with a king Chiropedic mattress on the king layouts and a full-height upholstered bedhead with pockets. The kitchen has a Dometic 216L compressor fridge and a cooktop with three gas and one electric burner over a fan-forced oven. A flatbed microwave and a slimline rangehood complete it. The ensuite has a fibreglass shower, a Thetford ceramic-bowl toilet, a ceramic vanity basin and a washing machine. Cabinetry is three-way interlocking CNC-cut with soft-close drawers, and double-bunk layouts add drawers under the bunks. Outside are a Titanium slide-out kitchen with an induction cooktop, an entertainment hatch and a fold-down picnic table. An external shower and the largest awning that fits are also standard. A 27-inch smart TV, a Fusion Bluetooth audio system and Sirocco fans are standard, with a full-width marine-carpeted tunnel boot. The frame is interlocking Henrob self-piercing riveted aluminium under a one-piece 35mm fibreglass composite roof, with PIR insulation and a honeycomb floor. The 4 x 4in hot-dip galvanised chassis has a 6in extended A-frame. It rides on Cruisemaster ATX airbag suspension with self-levelling, rated up to 4,500kg, with Deemax two-piece ventilated disc brakes. Wheels are 16-inch Method Race on 285/75 R16 Maxxis RAZR all-terrains, with a stone deflector and two rear recovery points. Vans from 21ft carry a Cruisemaster DO45 Plus coupling with an integrated handbrake and 4.5-tonne safety chains. A Wolf Fabrication TB68 toolbox with a Weber slide sits on the A-frame. The Titanium rear bar carries the spare wheel, a wood box, jerry can holders and a slide-out drawer. Windows are double-glazed and tinted with full block-out blinds, and the entry door is triple-compression locking with a security screen. Power is 1,125W of solar, two 300Ah Enerdrive lithium batteries and a 3,000W Enerdrive inverter-charger. A 40A DC to DC charger and dual 40A MPPT controllers handle the charging. Water is 245L in two Titanium poly tanks, 85L and 160L, with an 85L grey tank, a bypass and a 12V pump. Hot water is gas and electric, with two 9kg gas bottles and two bayonets. A Simarine monitor shows battery and water, and three 50A Anderson plugs handle vehicle charging, portable solar and 12V output. The van is Starlink-ready.
