About Royal Flair Caravans
Royal Flair began in 1975 as a caravan workshop in Melbourne's northern suburbs and took the Royal Flair name in 1995. The vans are built in Victoria, now at Epping, and the company is Australian made, RVMAP accredited and ISO 9001 certified. The ranges run from the Micron and Piazza tourers to the Raptor and Razor XT off-road vans.

PD Series
Royal Flair's most affordable range, built with fibreglass composite walls and roof over a honeycomb composite floor. Bodies run from 14 foot 6 to 24 foot and sleep two to ten across the layout list. Cruisemaster XT tandem suspension and all terrain tyres handle rough roads, and a full ensuite, lithium battery and roof solar come standard.
Raptor Series
The Raptor is Royal Flair's toy hauler - a full composite off road van with a rear garage for bikes and gear, honeycomb carbon-fibre floor, Cruisemaster DO45 coupling and an 800kg payload.
Piazza Series
The Piazza is Royal Flair's open-plan entertainer - rear club lounge layouts and the signature Sky-Deck extension across models from 16'6" to 24', built for long stays in comfort.
Family Flair
The Royal Flair Caravans Family Flair is an Australian-made on-road touring caravan, built for touring travellers. It pairs around 600kg of payload with Royal Flair Caravans' proven construction.
Aussie Mate
Royal Flair's toughest all-terrain family van: EnduroX airbag suspension under an Enerdrive power system running 800W of solar and 628Ah of lithium. Family layouts sleep four to five.
Eco Mate
Royal Flair's fully electric off-grid flagship: 1,250W of solar feeding a 940Ah lithium bank, 305 litres of water, and no gas bottles anywhere. One 18ft couples layout.

Micron
A compact 16ft 6in entry tourer capped at 2.5T ATM, genuinely small-SUV towable. Simple by design: 200W solar, 100Ah battery, 95L of water and a proper ensuite.
RV Campervan
Royal Flair's first motorhome - a twin-berth luxury campervan on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 417 CDI. It packs a full-height ensuite, 300Ah Enerdrive lithium with a 3,000W inverter and 400W of solar, a 174L compressor fridge, diesel combi heating and Starlink-ready comms, with 110L fresh / 50L grey water.
