Nova's classic touring van, refreshed for 2026: smooth-highway suspension, 400W of solar and twin AGM batteries across six layouts.

The Nova Bravo is an Australian-made full off-road caravan in 22 couples and family layouts. They run from a 15ft single-axle van to a 24ft dual-axle family van. Body lengths run from 4.50m to 7.54m, and overall lengths from 6.61m to 9.65m. Nova rates the two largest family layouts for a 4-tonne tow vehicle. Beds come as a queen, singles or bunks, all on inner-spring pillowtop mattresses, and one 21ft 6in layout has a slide-out. The kitchen has a 270L compressor fridge-freezer, a four-burner cooktop with one gas and three electric elements, a full oven and a 23L grill microwave. Every layout has a one-piece fibreglass shower, a cassette toilet and a washing machine, wall-mounted in the smaller ensuites and top-loading in the larger ones. A low-profile reverse-cycle air conditioner, a 28-inch smart TV, a weatherproof Starlink Mini connection with booster and two 12V fans are standard. Outside are a roll-out awning, a picnic table, an external hot and cold shower and a security door with a built-in concertina blind. Cabinetry is CNC-machined. The body is Nova's ECO-TUFF timber-free fibreglass sandwich construction, with a one-piece front, roof and rear, one-piece walls and a one-piece insulated floor. It sits on an Australian-made 6-inch chassis and A-frame with off-road independent suspension, a DO35 coupling, sway control and a breakaway unit. Checkerplate covers the front, rear and sides, with 16-inch wheels, one spare, a galvanised tunnel boot and an XTreme dust reduction system. Tandem-axle vans get an extended A-frame with a 50mm riser. Power is 630W of solar in three 210W panels and a chassis-mounted 300Ah lithium battery. A 3,000W inverter and a battery management system with a 7-inch display complete it. Water is two 95L fresh tanks and a 110L grey tank, with instant hot water. There is a mains pressure inlet, a filter tap at the sink and a mains tap on the A-frame. The toolbox holds two 9kg gas bottles and a generator slide, and there is an external gas bayonet. On dual-axle vans, an optional ECX pack fits a 48V 14kW electric system. It brings 1,600W of solar, a 5,000W inverter and all-electric cooking, oven and hot water.
