CRV
Crusader's compact single-axle range from under 13ft, starting below 1,500kg tare - towable by mid-size SUVs. 100L of water, 200W solar and a 135Ah lithium battery.

Lifechanger
The Crusader Lifechanger is Crusader's most affordable range, a full-composite on-road caravan for couples, solo travellers and families. Six 2026 models run from the 19ft Pathway to the 22ft 3in Pacific, and the 21ft 3in Bunkie sleeps up to four. The Pathway is the single-axle model, and the 19ft 8in Experience is tandem-axle. The Passage and Connection are also 19ft 8in couples layouts. Every 2026 model gets a 40mm roof, a recessed stove lid for more bench space and LED strip lighting in the kitchen and lounge. A front toolbox carries a barbecue slide and two gas bottles, and a reversing camera is fitted. Larger protection decals wrap the lower body against road debris. The body is Crusader's EcoLite composite construction. Power is a 135Ah lithium battery with a Projecta battery management system. Tare runs from 1,950kg to 2,500kg across the range. The Pathway 19ft is rated at 2,500kg aggregate trailer mass (ATM) with 550kg of payload. The 19ft 8in models and the Bunkie are rated at 3,200kg ATM, with 1,100kg of payload on the couples layouts and 1,000kg on the Bunkie. The Pacific 22ft 3in is rated at 3,300kg ATM with 800kg of payload. Crusader will change the ATM at order time within the legal maximum, and the compliance plate carries the final weights. Crusader sells through dealers, with a stock checker, a build-your-van tool and a virtual showroom on its website. The factory is in Epping, Victoria.

Musketeer
The Musketeer is Crusader's off-road caravan range for couples, solo travellers and families. Its eight layouts sleep two, or up to four in the Palace. Tare runs from 2,151kg to 2,760kg by layout, and the 2026 range adds a 40mm roof and airbag suspension as standard. The Warrior 18ft 10in and Camelot 19ft 3in sleep two at a 2,800kg ATM (Aggregate Trailer Mass), with 649kg and 618kg of payload. The Palace 21ft 10in sleeps up to four at a 3,300kg ATM with 735kg of payload. Kitchens gain bench space from a recessed stove lid over a Swift gas-electric oven. The Aramis layout adds a full-height pantry with three metal slide-outs beside the fridge. The body is EcoLite composite with a one-piece 40mm front, roof and back wall. CrusadAir airbag suspension levels the load, a heavy-duty DO35 coupling articulates with it, and 500mm protection decals wrap the lower body against road debris. A Milenco antenna is fitted. Power is a Projecta battery management system with a 200Ah lithium battery and a 2,000W inverter. Crusader says weights are approximate and vary between individual vans, and that the compliance plate carries the accurate figure. The ATM can be altered at order within the legal maximum. Prices include all costs except state registration. Crusader sells through its dealers, who quote, price bundles and book walkthroughs.

Excalibur
Crusader's luxury off-roader: 3.5T ATM, 600W of solar, 300Ah of lithium and a rear-ensuite island-bed layout.

XCountry
The hardcore end of Crusader: 1,320W of solar and 600Ah of lithium under a full off-road, airbag-suspended build made for staying remote.
