About Avan Campers Caravans & Motorhomes
Avan builds campers, caravans and motorhomes, and grew from a garage workshop in Hallam, Victoria. Its bodies use prepainted aluminium rather than fibreglass, and every Avan RV carries a 24 month manufacturing warranty. The towable line-up covers the Aliner folding camper, the Ray pop top, and the Aspire 400 and 500 series in pop top and hardtop.

Aliner
The Aliner is the original Avan: 100% solid wall construction that assembles in under 30 seconds, 4,850mm folded at a 1,650mm travel height. Tare is about 880kg against a 1,080kg ATM with a 70kg ball weight, and it carries a 63L water tank and a 90L three-way fridge.
Aspire 400 Series Hardtop
The fixed-roof version of Avan's Aspire 400, on the same insulated sandwich panel walls and ply-reinforced aluminium skin as the pop top. The entry 402 Double layout is 3,860mm of body on a 5,330mm overall length at a 2,700mm travel height. It carries a 1,150kg tare against a 1,500kg ATM with a 140kg ball weight. Seven layouts are published.
Aspire 400 Series Pop Top
The smaller of Avan's two Aspire pop top series, built on fully insulated sandwich panel walls with a ply-reinforced aluminium outer skin. The entry 402 Double layout is 3,860mm of body on a 5,330mm overall length, folding to a 2,910mm travel height. It carries a 1,150kg tare against a 1,500kg ATM with a 140kg ball weight. Eight layouts are published.
Aspire 500 Series Pop Top
The larger of Avan's two Aspire pop top series, on fully insulated sandwich panel walls with a ply-reinforced aluminium outer skin. The entry 525 Double layout is 5,180mm of body on a 6,850mm overall length, folding to a 2,450mm travel height. It carries a 1,300kg tare against a 1,700kg ATM with a 145kg ball weight. Eight layouts are published.
Cruiseliner
The Cruiseliner is the largest of Avan's fold-up campers, 5.765m overall with a 4.44m body at a 1.72m travel height. Internal height is 2.44m with the roof raised. It carries a 950kg tare against a 1,250kg ATM with a 100kg ball weight. Seven layouts are published, most sleeping three, and a 63L water tank is standard.
Cruiser
The Cruiser is Avan's mid-size fold-up camper, 5.18m overall with a 3.93m body at a 1.72m travel height and 2.44m of internal height when raised. It carries a 910kg tare against a 1,210kg ATM with a 75kg ball weight. Seven layouts are published, sleeping two or three, and a 63L water tank is standard.
Ray Pop Top
The Ray is Avan's slideout pop top, using a patented fully insulated solid wall extension that slides out to form the bedroom. The entry 402 Ray layout is 3,890mm of body on a 5,000mm overall length at a 2,265mm travel height. It carries a 1,400kg tare against a 1,700kg ATM with a 125kg ball weight. Four layouts are published.
Sportliner
The Sportliner is Avan's smallest fold-up camper, 4.0m overall at a 1.61m travel height, with the same spring-assisted solid-wall roof as the Aliner. It carries a 715kg tare against a 1,015kg ATM with a 70kg ball weight and sleeps two across three published layouts. A 63L water tank is standard and the body is prepainted aluminium panel.
